Below is a brief rundown of the features available in PowerPoint:
Forethought in the mid-1980s, a small office of two California software developers was developing graphical presentation software for personal computers. A job that of these two programmers could have been more well received. Several investment companies declined to invest in this software, which was then called Presenter.
The Presenter was quite basic software focused on Apple Mac computers. Bob Gaskins, owner of Forethought and co-developer of the software, did not give up hope. After two years of development (between 1985 and 1987), they ended up selling the company to Microsoft, who changed the name and added it to their office suite.
Its first appearance was in 1987 in the Microsoft Office suite, which Bill Gates introduced. Initially, the slides were black and white and had essential functions. But after this software, presentations changed forever in the workplace and education. This tool is currently in reasonably common use and is still included within Office.
Slides created with this software can be displayed sequentially. Creating a work window allows us to customize and input any elements we desire. You can enter text, images, animations, videos, and other digital components.
This instrument is built around transitions. It enables internal transitions within each slide as well as transitions between slides. PowerPoint allows the presentation to run in full-screen mode when the document is created. As needed, the speaker will move through the slides.
Typically, it is advised that the information conveyed in the document be presented schematically and expanded upon by the speaker. Graphs with various data are frequently displayed on screens using this technique.
